About the brand

Livehealth is a healthcare start-up that works as a management information system (MIS) for healthcare providers. It makes every step of the process smarter, from collecting samples to diagnosing them and generating reports by optimizing and analyzing patients’ information.

The Challenge

The brand had just started operations and in their next phase, wanted to expand and get more pathology labs and diagnostic centres on board to use their software. At the same time, they needed users to download the app and use it for their medical records and reminders. To achieve this, raising brand awareness, building trust and creating a relationship with people was essential. The challenge was to introduce the brand as a friendly, easy to use and effective tool for both labs and customers.

Our Approach

The first need defined was for a visual identity system that could be extended on digital and other platforms which was consistent and unified. At the same time, we did not want to go the normal way of using images like other healthcare brands. To break the clutter, we created a series of illustrations backed by a colour system, typefaces and a tone that was friendly and supportive, like the brand.

Once the visual communication was implemented, the next step was to launch a campaign backed by a series of content pieces that spoke about the brand, its offerings and benefits to people. Small bursts of topical campaigns were introduced to support the existing content strategy.
